Sclera lenses are large, hard form-stable hard lenses of 22 mm. These fall well over the cornea, and land on the white part of the eye the sclera. The space between the top of the eye and the back of the lens is filled with (tear) fluid. The inside of this lens does not come into contact with the eye surface, but falls over it like a protective cap. When you see this lens for the first time, you may be a little surprised about the size of this lens. But once you see it, you notice that this is a very pleasant lens with a high wearing comfort.
