You can apply the make-up to the face or body without mixing it with water. When the make-up is exposed to blacklight (UV) lighting, it will glow brightly!

PLEASE NOTE: this is not a Glow in the Dark make-up. This product will only light up under black light (UV) lighting.
NOTE: the tubes can be smaller than you expect. The content of the tubes is 13ml.
